These terms ("Terms") apply to your use of the Tree Stump Bros website and services. By requesting a quote, contacting us, or receiving work from us, you agree to these Terms.

Quotes and Pricing

• Online and phone quotes are preliminary estimates. Firm pricing requires an on-site visit.
• We provide flat-rate, written quotes before starting work. You are free to decline.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

SMS and Phone Communications

When you submit your phone number, you consent to receive calls and SMS messages from us about your quote and work. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Scope of Work

• The services we perform are limited to what is described in your written quote.
• Additional work discovered on site will be quoted separately before we proceed.
• You are responsible for marking sprinkler lines, invisible fences, and other buried utilities on your property. We are not liable for damage to unmarked private utilities.

Property Access and Responsibility

• You represent that you own the property or have authority from the owner to contract the work.
• You agree to provide safe access to the work area and remove vehicles and personal items from the immediate area.
• Pets should be secured indoors for the duration of the job.

Payment

• Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, check, major credit cards, and Venmo.
• Overdue balances accrue interest at the maximum rate allowed by Colorado law.

Warranty and Cleanup

We warrant that work is performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Cleanup and haul-away are included unless the quote states otherwise. Claims must be raised within 7 days of completion.

Insurance

We carry commercial general liability insurance. Certificate of insurance available on request.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Colorado law, our total liability for any claim arising from a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or damage to unmarked underground utilities or hidden defects.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge.
• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a travel fee if a crew was dispatched.
• Weather-based reschedules are free and initiated by us when conditions are unsafe.

Website Use

You agree not to use this website to submit false, misleading, or abusive information, to scrape content, or to interfere with normal operation. We may refuse service at our discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you request service applies to that job.
